Where is Kim?

<font color=blue>Kim is noticeable for his absence these past few days which leads me to a couple of conclusions. {i} We have been behaving ourselves and needed no intervention {ii} He is in Prison. Now! If he is in Prison the question is what for? It can't be indecent exposure because that charge would be thrown out for lack of evidence.

What gives Kim heart attacks are those loony tunes over in PBO who are always pushing the limits, and have Kim run for the IPC lawyers thricely per day
