So marina uses piles not finger pontoons, so not Uk, but looks like cars driving on left side of road.
Resolution too low to see colours of flag on clubhouse pole
Possibly New Zealand, perhaps one of Auckland marinas, or Oz ?

Blimey, that didn't take long! No wonder Auckland is the 'City of sails'...
There was a 'Vodafone' catamaran racer powering up and down the harbour... you can just make her out near the bridge

Bridge looks lower than I remembered - but the pan out makes clear why.
Chartered a boat from of one of the smaller marinas across the bay a few years back when over for an event. Amazingly with all these boats, there were almost no boats out sailing in the week before Christmas when we were there (weather equivalent to late June for us). Was less crowded than the Clyde in October even !
