Where is it- M-i-l's fault/timewaster?

We went round to M-i-l's on the day after Boxing Day and she has had a jigsaw on the go - well you can't resist finding a few bits can you.

When we got home it was slashing with rain and no paper to read so I went into the loft and came down with a jigsaw which SWMBO and set about. Blimey the sky was hard

Anyway it's boaty so here it is - but where. Ad yes, there was one bit missing, a vital boat bit too

Could the windmill be a red herring?
The boats are both Scandinavian - a Maxi 68 (or 77?) and I think an early Hallberg Rassy (Rasmus 35?), and there does not appear to be a lot of tide (or it is high), hence I am thinking in the Swedish part of the Baltic somewhere?

With eagle eyes and a good dollop of zooming in the boat with a missing piece has a Swedish ensign... so somewhere in Sweden?

Sweden it is

Strangnas Harbour which is due West of Stockholm. Looks nice but so do most places on a sunny day. Pretty damn cold right now I should think.
