Where is fuse/circuit breaker for the anchor winch in 1909 Merry Fisher 805?

I was trying to pull a stuck anchor from deep in the mud.

use the motor / waves to pull it up in small tugs, works for me, but then i don't have a boat as old as yours

The breaker will most likely be under the steps that go down to the cabin.
