It went well, a day's digging and rolling with large metal tube on scaffold boards to get it back near tide line - anchor and lines out in all directions - then rowed line out to mooring waited for tide and pulled myself over to same, releasing everything else as they tightened.
Only damage seen so far is chipped gel-coating (thick) on bilge plate.
Servicing winches, sealing Portlights, admiring a todo list that has reduced in size, paying for mooring (ouch) admiring a bank balance that reduced in size.
