Where is everybody?

Broken Hoover, out of warranty: Spam up Hoovers Facebook page. Result, New updated Hoover delivered last week :)

Thomas Cook: Failed to deliver properly chilled Champers in flight. Spam up Facebook page. Result: Full refund :)

Tesco: Failed to refund double on mispriced Wine. Spammed up facebook page: result. Double the difference refund :)

The problem is, I'm reasonable, but all these companies make it SO HARD to complain, with a combination of expensive automated telephone lines, unanswered emails and pathetic staff, I resorted to a major offensive, as viewed by loads of their punters.

They all dealt with things very VERY fast, let me tell you :D

Yep, that's the route I am going down as well!! Good to hear it works :D

All companies have social media presence which is monitored i.e Facebook, Twitter etc. You just keep posting on their Facebook page as then it's also visible to other people what a bad experience you have had with their product or service. Companies don't tend to like this, however if they are Currys it seems like water off a ducks back!!

Use capital letters, make a nice long post, describing your exact problem.

Then copy and paste it into every live thread on their facebook page. :D

Very soon, you own them :o

Space for 20+ Boats here at Henley on the moorings in the park if anyone wants to pass it on to them. Ticket machine not working (at least not for me) Wardens pretty keen however come round twice a day at least to take your money.
