Where do the boat jumble traders go when they are not at a boat jumble?

I need some new ropes for the boat. Normally I wait for Beaulieu boat jumble and pick them up cheap there. I can't wait until next year though. Anyone know where all those nice rope selling chaps go when they are not at boat jumbles?

Is it worth waiting until the So'ton boat show, do they have their stalls in there?

I went on his website and his prices certainly look good. The only snag I have now is I don't know what my rope is! I will have to go to a chandler and compare it. I think it is 3 ply polyester 14mm but I don't want to get the wrong stuff.

I see he is doing the boat show anyway so I can pick some up there or he is doing a jumble in Netley soon too.
 
Just replaced all my halyards. 8mm double braid polyester @ 0.65p per metre from Barry Edwards. Barry advertises only on e bay but can be contacted on 01606 888154 or boatropes@barryedwards.co.uk. I can vouch for the quality and excellent service. My local chandler could not buy it in at that price wholesale.

Hello, Barry Edwards here, rarely on the forum. Your chandler could buy at lower prices - from me! I'm a rope specialist and buy at distributor level so my retail prices are very low, and small chandlers can use me if they like.
Always happy to supply forum members (many already) with large or even very small quantities. Contact details in Malabar's quote above.
