Where can I go tomorrow!!

Got the day off, got the boat ready but nowhere to go.

The lake over at Eversley is booked so we cannot go there.

The sea down along the south coast looks too rough (Winds F6 - seas moderate) - its a small open bowrider.

We want to get it up to speed to check out our prop repairs.

Are there any other lakes in the south east that permit powerboats at speed??

Southampton water, there are a number of public slip ways, south of Hythe pier no speed limit, or the River Test towards the container berths there is a ski area for fast boats, the wind forecast is s/sw 12 kts on the solent according to http://www.windfinder.com/forecast/solent_mrsc

first HW Friday 0843 Saturday 0949. only know about salt water, don't do fresh
