Does anyone know where I can go and view a 'Water Ballet''in the Thames region??
Water Ballets are son et lumiere Pool or Water stretch experiences performed
by (usually female) troupes who 'dance'in the water ,such as The Cygnets in front of paying ticket members of the public.
They swim and perform pirouette manoevrues in time to some sort of music whilst ducking diving and
I would love to see a water ballet performed in Abingdon but the boats and pond weed would have to
be kept clear. And all boats halted for the duration of Swan Lake or whatever.
Synchronised Water dancing is a form of art.
Maybe Henley or Banbury?

Were you on a boat? I think Abingdon is one of the best places to visit by river.
The two friendliest Lock staff, free moorings for days, decent pubs and a proper curry house and the gateway to one of the most beautiful parts of the upper thames(the most beautiful for anyone with a flybridge). I like Oxford, but I'll gladly spend a day or two drinking and eating at the Isis Farmhouse on the way.

Sadly not. In a car, visiting a housing estate to collect an excellent eBay purchase. :)
