Where can I get Starter Spring/Assembly for Mercury 2strk 4HP outboard?

My old Mercury (serial No. 9500482) starter spring is failing and I want to replace it with either a new or good spring, or a whole top assembly.

Any ideas where to try?
Anyone have a spare lying around? Even an unwanted whole outboard.
Cambridge Outboards have tried but failed to help.

Given the engine serial number and hp, year as well if you know it, an official Mercury outboard agent should be able to obtain it for you if it is still available.

Wills Marine Ltd have proved to be good
