Where can I get rubber boot for Lewmar deck block

I have aged Lewmar blocks attached to the deck. They have a rubber boot that helps them stay more upright. As shown in the photo, the rubber is corroding with the UV. Lewmar no longer sell the rubber bits by themselves. Can anyone suggest an alternative source?

I wonder if some generic black rubber tubing might work, but cannot find something suitable with basic Google

yes, go for the ss springs. Tigger has something like that at the mast foot. They last forever
