Where can I get poles with flanges like this?

We're fitting out our aft deck as an aft cockpit and it need a hand rail round it. The most secure way is with a handrail to match the one round the deck. I can spurce that from Teck-Deck but it's the stanchions I'm strugging with. They will need round bases and rectangle tops like these

Unfortunately those are from Marina Megastore and I'm not that desperate; local chandlery has none, bespoke is waaay too expensive so I'm after a recommendation for some mail order tubing, tops and bases please
