Where can I get brass hex pillars, threaded M10

This sort of thing, with m10 thread, in brass. 25 or 30mm long would be fine.

Problem is I only need 3.

I got some, in M8, not brass, from the local fixings supplier in Msida, Malta. Needed to re-attach the grill reflector on a Leisure Products stove.
I don't suggest you go to Malta, but do suggest you look up a local fixing supplier and call round there and do some scrounging. Only thing is that I'd be a little doubtful of finding them in brass.
 
Your best chance would be a local machine shop who could make some quickly for a drink or two.
Have you tried RS Components? They may have something but not sure wether they would be brass.

Thanks for your kind offer, if I can't get any 'off the shelf' I'll get back to you. They must be brass becaause they are going to be electrical terminals.
 
Perhaps if I explain why I need them some other ideas may come up.

I am fitting one of these battery selector switches to my boat:

It is mounted on the forward side of a 1" thick bulkhead. The batteries and cabling are aft of this bulkhead.

I have cut a round hole behind the switch to give acess to the terminals.

The problem is that the ring-terminated cables are going to have to be bent to a very tight radius to allow them to reach the brass threaded terminals (M10) thread.

So I thought I would try and extend the switch terminal posts by 1 to 1-1/2" so so that they stick out at the back of the bulkhead, thereby making it easier to connect the cables without needing to bend them.
 
Why brass?

These are plated, M10x45mm and cost £2.50 for two:

I could use these, with an M10 screw, but s/s with brass? How's long is that likely to last? I'm thinking dissimilar metals, salt air, electrics ....
