Where can I find a Short Term Berth on the South Coast

I'm looking for a marina berth on the south coast West of Gosport for 2 or 3 months from May.

My LOA is 44 feet and draft is 6.2.

I'm getting quotes of between £800 & £1100 per month. Do you know of anywhere less expensive ?

Have you tried Royal Clarence in Gosport? Though if you are after the IFOS week or the IFR week then it's not worth asking.

Take look on the marina notice boards - where there are berth owners who can sublet their berth while they are away
Port Solent ususally has several berths available. I believe there is a notice board in the newsagents window there where such ads are also posted
I have also seen notices at Haslar
