Struth!! Am I missing something here?? I have scoured the Internet to buy a replacement seat which is a bucket seat type with back pocket. I want it in white with a grey stripe down the centre (virtical).

I take it that once I have procured my new seat, I then remove the pillar assembly from the base of the old one and bolt it / screw it, to the base of the new seat.

But I can't find a new seat - who sells them?? (Loads of companies in USA - of course!)

Any ideas??

Try <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.towsure.co.uk>http://www.towsure.co.uk</A>
and click on marine and then marine accessories for helm seats. I bought one from them and have been pleased with it (and the price).

towsure

Hey LJS thanks for the link. I used to buy lots from Towsure when they just did trailers from Sheffield base, I had no idea they had moved into general chandlery. Reliable company imho, their prices are pretty keen, I quite like the "Orbit" on their towables page, should keep the kids quiet (though will need to hose out the centrifuged vomit after each use I spect).

What's the battleship about?

How do you do that link bit? Is it something your average yachtie can do or do you have to be very clever?
