I havent got a web host as im not really up to running a site! Its realy very kind of you!
I agreed that she may be unpractical and i should sell her,however the med is an expensive place very very soon so perhaps i should first move her north!! There i can find lots of free moorings far better to sell her with.
And i wouldent mind sailing into a few ports on the way up just becouse i dont have a sailing licence perhaps someone will give me one? cant aford a test
i may also want to take her to the UK where im looking to buy a vehical and would need somewhere to live small boats can go anywhere!

Beg to differ but you don't need web page just email some piccies to boatsandoutboards or apolloduck. Boatshed will take photos for you + you can email them extra photos if you want. BShed charge commision after sale.

There are a few site that host for free no commition and mags that charge to buy the mag the adds are free.
Mine is oh so very small and not very valuable in money terms!
And the offer the set up a web page is very generous and would be very useful.

Trouville, what I was offering was a page on my web site that you can refer people to in your ads--- all the details, inventory, some photos etc. The free advertising works well but mainly only includes one picture and limited info... I sold my last boat in 10 days and could have sold several more!!!! using the combination of free ads as mentioned above pointing at a web page...

Yes that sounds very effective.Im in fact trying to hang on a bit!
As i have two boats?? And my woman cant understand why anyone would want one sail boat im selling her, but so far ive only put her up on a German site where i know there will be interest from those that want a boat for free but cant quite manage that if the boats in France!!!
We have had the odd call (literaly) so she happy for the moment and im happy!!i can go on sailing her --for the moment.
In fact i may well want to sell but then to a good home in which case i will most certainly contact you to see if your very very kind offer is still open.
With this post i showed her willing at once! And thought it was a good thing in any case to have some idea of the places in which i could go to to sell a boat rather than a last min add in the wrong place. Sadly Folkboats wonderful as they are are not for every female!! One of the worst points seems to be the "bucket"
