where are you and what are you doing this weekend?

Me? Working tomorrow, SRC course at Seastart, Sunday? Oh, got day off, with any luck I'll go boating. Let's hope it's blowing at least a F5 (perhaps I might check the forecast B4 I go out - nah, I'll just keep going until I need to turn round) after all I've got a 21ft boat; and as we all know now it's just perfect!!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Or maybe I'll just throw a stick for the dog and say "Fetch"

About 6000 miles away from my boat in Myanmar. Well actually on an 18,000 tons steel cat instead of my usual 5 ton one. Its already Sat here so my weekend started 3 hours ago.
Still I guess work pays for the toys until the end of September.

Landlocked in the midlands alas, doing retail therapy at various out of town sheds.

Why is it that I can do a weekend's shopping in 20 mins at midnight in Tesco's at Bury St Ed's on the way to the boat but, it takes us about 4hrs to do a shop at the local Sainsburys ?

Bugger! I'll just have to go round in circles then! Bit like some of the stuff we get on here really. Create my own storm in a teacup! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Just pop onto the original thread and post something provocative - only a few posts to go to get it over 200, but I can't do it all myself! /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Now Brendan, me post something provocative! Surly not! OK, I'll go look! I don't do theses sorts of things for anyone you know! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Today - going to St Mary's to watch Southampton playing Man United in the FA Cup. Come on Saints!

Tomorrow - going down to the boat to get some work done - antifouling the outdrive, probably (see post from a couple of weeks ago).

Back in the water in 3 weeks' time...........
