She floats! Leaked like a sieve at first then took up surprisingly quickly. Automatic bilge pump is spitting out about a pint an hour at most and getting better all the time.

Too many family committments over the next couple of days for a wee sail, but roll on the weekend.

I'm planning to get my son, with camera, out in the marina launch while I tack back and forth in front of the lense. I'm fed up with pics of Mariposa in her cradle. I need some decent pics of her sailing for my screensaver when I go back to work.

I drove past Rhu on the way home from the mooring and had thought about stretching the legs around the marina, but decided to press on.
I have been given a pass for next weekend, so might drop in for a nosey.
