Wheelbarrow cum Tender?

Greetings - Can anybody help?

I am looking for an amphibius wheelbarrow, a small tender with a large ball or wheel let into one end- so it can easily be used like a wheelbarrow (maybe with oars serving as handles) to carry gear across a bumpy beach and then rowed out to a mooring. It could also be left on the mooring to return to - and then easily get one back to civilisation whatever the state of the tide.

I'm sure I've seen something like this somewhere - but Where??

ANY IDEAS?

You see plastic tenders everywhere in France they are sold through Plastimo outlets. There is a Uk manufacturer I think, they are called Barrow boats, who make wooden ones.

These were originally designed by the late Barry Bucknell who was the first TV home improvements presenter. He also desighned the "Ballbarrow"

As said by others they are available in France and I have seen them in some West Country fishing harbours so they must still be made.
