Whats St PP like for wifi ?

hiya whats st peter port like for wifi internet connection these days ? I've used the free wifi in dex neuf cafe in town and logged on at the tourist info place but does the marina have it's own wifi now ?

They have had there own wifi for at least a year now, its free when you are staying there, get the user name and PW from the marina office. But it depends where you are for reception quality, it also seemed to go down for unknown reasons while I have been using it, but with a wifi booster ariel you can pick up a couple of free wifi connections while sitting in the marina.

It's supposed to, but I couldn't get a signal to connect down below a few weeks ago

The marina wifi worked OK for me, if a bit slow; the Tourist Information Centre also has free wifi.

It works well when the tide is in, but degrades hugely as the level drops.

Free and reliable when the signal is strong.

And I'm talking the Northern 1/2 of the marina which is where I always stop.
