Whats going on?????

Are there any administrators here? Whats going on with the quality of these forums? Blank posts / unable to reply / timeouts / just plain slow.

I don't think its me cos I post off my works PC, which is dial up and my home PC which is broadband - and the quality from both is deteriorating.

Any answers from IPC please.
