What\'s an Oppio?

Saw one at anchor in Pollsomethingorother looked weird with the mast almost at the stern, a small residual main and lots of rounded plastic, bit like a McG 26 gone horribly wrong.

Very possibly.. however its dinghy remained inflated !!
