Looking at various peeps' bios over the months, no-one seems to know what this is. Perhaps Kim'll tell us? Whatever it is, mine will probably be very low! /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Is an instant messenger program.

You have a user number and send instant messages to your mates.

It's similar to yahoo messenger and the microsoft version.

Quiet why they include it in your bio I dunno. Not much point....
Other than as a chance to make up a semi funny comment.

ICQ ..... Chat address ....... type ICQ into your search engine ....

A lot are changing over top Yahoo Messenger now as MSN Messenger and ICQ have been hacked so much now that many are not trusting it anymore ..... again type into search hacking ICQ and you might be amazed !!

MMSI - Mobile Service Identity - the 9 didgit number you are issued with when you have a ships radio licenece for a DSC enabled VHF radio. DSC? Digital Selective Calling. Part of the GMDSS - Global Maritime Distress and Safety System.
