If I'm not mistaken she is the original Peter Duck. She was for many years moored at Waldringfield and boasted that very distinctive green livery. I always thought she looked a bit sleeker than her classmates as they seemed to have more freeboard. A very fetching image of her however it was produced.
It looks like a photo that's been given an "artistic" filter in Photoshop, but if you say it's not a photo, it's probably an acrylic copied from a photo as I can't imagine anyone having the patience to do all that rigging at anchor. Apologies if I've maligned the artist.
