Been checking weather for a sailing trip from Hartlepool to the Tyne - nothing too demanding - but confused by info on YBW site

Wind speed seems to be in line with inshore forecast but 14 gusting 33 sounds a bit much - too much for me anyway I'll see what tomorrow brings - Pity really cos its nice at home.
