What was that book called?

Santa's beginning to get a bit impatient - he needs to know the name of that book I want for Christmas. Trouble is, I can't remember what it's called. 'Twas a true story about a family - Mum, Dad + two kids who went cruising around the South Coast (?) in a basic little 20(22?)ft yacht in the 1950's ?

It was reviewed some months back, in, I think, PBO. Gave my copy to the local charity shop. They've sold it, apparently.

My memory's hopeless these days.

Any ideas?

Puffin's Log ?

Puffin's Log I suspect, written by Joelyn Greenway & illustrated by her husband.

Really super book, but left me with nostalgia for an era I haven't actually directly experienced!
