What was going on in Harwich Today

Well there I was having a walk from Harwich to Dovercourt and admiring the Banksy and there was a lot of Police about and the Police heli was all over the seafront. This was Sunday 22nd Aug at about 15.00 ish.

I suspect it was not to arrest Banksy

Anyone know what was going on

Dunno. I can’t say that I am much of an admirer of Banksy, though his stuff is effective if seen in the context of political cartoons. The one you show was described on TV as being of doubtful authenticity, though some of the group were thought to be genuine. The suggestion was that viewers should decide for themselves.
