What size cable

My mast head light and deck/stemaing light have stopped working. On inspection the cables have turned black despite being tinned!!

They have been their for a few years, I can't remeber how many, what is th predictable. Life of a tinmed cable in a mast anyway...

I have 2 proper questions:
1: What size cable for LED lamps as above (tricolour and combined steaming/decklight)
2: UK source of good quality marine tinned cable
