What Sikaflex for my rudder stock seal

I am making a small channel where my rudder stock enters the rudder to seal whilst I am changing the bearings.

So, for the sealant should it be an adhesive type or flexible - if so what do you suggest.

CT1, but make sure it is completely clean before application. You may want to consider putting a O ring in the recess as well.
