For my 10,000 post, should it be a post about Col regs, anchors, mobo wash, Bavaria keels, global warming (in the lounge of course)?

Or what else should it be for such a land mark occasion?

Of course it could be how I wasted hours of my life on a internet forum arguing with a load of equally argumentative old gits, who know nothing.

With my measly count it represents many wasted hours!
I abandoned the Lounge for that reason.

However I think I've scraped up some knowledge on the journey.

Why restrict yourself to just one subject? The effect of wash from a mobo while rafted up at anchor in Studland bay for a dinghy race in a drop keel chartered Bavaria, eating a Fray Bentos pie and leaving the blue ensign up after sunset?

Perhaps post counts should auto reset to zero when they reach 10,000 - that might induce some interesting changes of habit for those around the 9,900 mark!

Judging from the Tacking thread, You could always try starting a thread on the correct terms to use when anchoring (In studland bay???) and see where that goes.
