What pressure for HW expansion vessel with 2.9 Par Max pump?

Just replacing my HW calorifier and decided to fit an expansion tank to take up the volume expansion as the water heats up. I'm not sure what pressure I should set the vessel to, though - can't find clear guidance anywhere and the fitting instructions are long gone. The pump is a Par max 2.9 and its maximum pressure rating is 1.7 bar (25psi).
So should I set it at just above or just below that?
