What power tilt unit for Yamaha?

I'm looking for a power tilt unit, relay and switch for My Yamaha 2 stroke outboard.

The engine's identification plate carries the info 50DE 6H5-L-321245 and I think it's 1986.

I know the tilt unit is the single tilt-ram type without the twin trim-rams seen on the later and bigger engines, i.e. it's tilt only.

Has anybody out there got a Yam manual/parts list that identifies the part number of the tilt unit I need for this engine?

I guess second hand is the only way to source this, at least a fair price.

Early Yam numbers doesn't match their number/year lookup matrix but parts seem to be these

'DETO' just identifies it as marketed in Europe.

I am aware that I need to find this second hand. My local Yamaha dealer told me it would be cheaper to buy a replacement used engine with PTT than buy a new power tilt unit.

Both of the sites you've suggested are better than anything I've been able to find by surfing and will be very helpful. I think the part number for the unit I'm looking for is 6H5-43840-EK that was replaced by 6H5-43840-04-EK

Certainly would make me think twice...
