What oil do I need please

I shall be replacing the oil on my Yanmar 3gm and I was in Halfords on Saturday and what an array of oils. Mineral, Part Synthetic, Synthetic. Which one of these oils should I use please.

Secondly, where can I get an oil filter from. Portsmouth based.

15> 40 CF spec from asda 8 squids for 5lts

I use Halfords own brand on my 2GM20, Can't remember the spec. but it is the one in the black container.

Should not be synthetic/part synthetic-just straightforward mineral oil. Filter from marine power in Gosport if you can't get one nearer.

Have just watched the solo paddle across the Tasman Sea. I am in awe. Not sure if he was selfish, mad, driven or a combination of them all. He certainly had courage.
