What make of boat??

Trying to help a guy who has just bought this boat and he says he does not know the make???
To me it looks either Dutch or possibly of Scandinavian origin , ANY IDEAS??

I agree with your guess of Dutch or Scandinavian (or maybe Baltic more generally), not just from the shape of the hull, but also because Marja is a Dutch and Finnish woman's name.
