What make of boat is this please?

Do any of you knowledgeable folk know what boat this is please? The owner thinks its a Viking. Any clues? I think I have managed to attach the picture!

It is a narrowbeam Viking made to suit canals.

Vikings used to be quite common on the canals, so it's a standard build.
