get training type post.

This is what things should be included on a training course for boats,

Boat handling.
maintenance
navigation,
just owning a boat.

Just something to think about if your board over Xmas.
 
Weather
Common sense
Empathy
How to keep your cheque book in your pocket and still have fun
Why marina's are a bad thing!
Why paying shoreline is not the same as paying green flag or the AA.
Is there anything outside the Solent? (In three parts)
 
Most vital, although rarely in a conventional syllabus:
How 4 people can spend 2 weeks on a small yacht, and still be friends afterwards
 
- Colregs
- Relative merits of Stinkies vs Sticks & Rags
- How plastic is better than wood
