Its called a VSR ? Voltage sensitive Relay Module?

VSR= Voltage Sensitive Relay.

Used to delay charging a second or subsequent batter till the primary has charged.

Will charge the engine battery to a pre determined voltage and then allow the next battery or bank of batteries to be charged.
