what is this thing?

I am pretty sure its a controller for charging a cranking battery from a deep cycle charging system, but it has nothing written on it at all. I would like to know what brand it is so that I can find the manual online. Any leads would be much appreciated, thanks.

It looks like a split charging diode to me - one input from the alternator splits to two outputs, one to each of two batteries so they are independantly charged without affecting one another.
