What has sunk in Ipswich basin?

I have been meaning to ask for the last couple of weeks if anyone knows what boat has it's masts out of the water next to the quay in Ipswich dock?

It appears to have an oil slick boom arround it, but no change in the last couple of weeks, so being nosey I wondered what the story is.

Oh, and while I am being nosey, what is the Dutch harbour vessel doing in Harwich harbour criss crossing all day long? I assume it is surveying, but why Dutch???? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Thanks. It is always sad to see a boat underwater. Have you heard anything about floating her?

No, not as yet. Murmuring from somewhere, but nothing specific. I would have though that Ipswich Haven would like her afloat sooner than later.
