What happened to the marina purchase ???

A while ago there was talk of a forum syndicate purchasing a marina complex somewere darn sarf. What was the outcome ???

We bought it. Me and another couple of forumites. Not actually that one (the one at the bottom of the Medina on IoW) but another one in UK that came up for sale shortly afterwards. (Not going to say which one sorry!)

Yes, it was me looking at a marina in Essex that was for sale. I didn't have time back in spring to work through a proper business case for buying it and since early summer I've been dealing with the fall out of an unexpected family event as well as another non-marine project.

Anyhow, the marina is I believe now sold, though if anybody knows of any others for sale send me a PM as I'm on the lookout for my next project /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
