It's not difficult to make a new one from strip planking and epoxy, the most difficult job, would be making a former, or build up insitu, using the fibre glass as the former. Enough timber to do the job, about £20, £30 worth of epoxy and balloons and I would get the local woodman to mill it to size £20. Alternatively bodge it up this season and do a proper repair next season.
If it is where i think it is adequate pressure can be applied with a wagon strap ratchet. Hidden dowels will position the strips. Once it's set release it clean up varnish and set on a bed of Sika.
