What do you think of this new forum format?

Change is often difficult for people to accept but I rather like the clean new format.
It took me a while to realise how to find threads that I've posted within.
A small icon of your own Avatar seems to be attached to the thread's OP Avatar
Not quite as clear as the old green flash but it looks good.
Anyway, what do people think?

I was about to change my post to say that embedded Youtube videos don't seem to be working.
But there doesn't seem to be an EDIT option.
