Does anyone know the make of this yacht please?
It has SUN KISS on the bows, a Polish company make a Sun yacht, but it does not seem to be this one, plus most of the sites piccy links dont work.
Its a masthead rig, about 22/23ft long, possibly outboard powered.
I thought it looked loke a Hurley, but maybe not.

It looks American to me. Maybe an Alberg or Rhodes design of the 60's and 70's. South Coast 22 or Cape Dory Typhoon are similar, but it's not one of them.

Just googled for 'sun kiss 23' and a host of data referring to the Sun Kiss 24(?0 came up;apparently designed for a specific race condition in Poland, as you guessed it came from.
has a Folkboat/Corribee look about it,and nice lines, decent cockpit size and if it is the same boat has a decent below decks appearance too .

What a gorgeous sheerline! She does look very classically American, and I would agree with John that she is perhaps an Alberg, Rhodes or Pearson design.

Here are a couple of links to very similar vessels for sale on Yachtworld :

An Alberg 22 - http://www.yachtworld.com/boats/1976/Alberg--2126205/Midland/Canada

And a Pearson 24 - http://www.yachtworld.com/boats/1969/Pearson--2110517/Montague/MI/United-States

PS - Here is a Bristol 24 which looks similar in some ways - but no broadside photos of her!

I have too agree, this is why I have a slight interest as the yacht has not moved for three years, the keel area would need a strimmer to clear the weed!
It has a look of the Pearson 24, although the stern engine hatch/cover looks different, so not sure. thanks for the links.
