What boat to buy?

This question may have been asked many times but a current view would be helpful. I have owned boats and hired them in the past (owned Horizon 27, Westerly Tempest, Princess 32 and rented many narrowboats both in the UK and Ireland) now l'm looking for possibly the impossible. A towable craft with hopefully 4 berths that I can use in canals, rivers and coastal.
I understand that obviously engine size will be important for coastal, weight for trailering ( I've a 2.5Kia automatic so happy with up to 2.25 tons gross) draft/beam for canals and coastal. Over to you girls and guys. Thanks in anticipation.

I would think something like a Fletcher 19 GTS? Although this will be too wide for canals. The only thing with berths narrow enough for the canals (6' 10") that I know is the Viking 20-26 ft. However, these will not be suitable for the coast due to stability, and the engines will probably be 5-10 hp. Not enough for the coast.
