What battery cabling do I need?

(No reply on the motoring forum, so I'll try here. This is where the techy folk seem to gather)

I'm going to rewire my battery / engine electrics. I have two large (325 HP engines).

What type of wiring do I need? and what guage? Any other tips?

I'll probably buy from here : http://www.power-store.com/?id=63 (there are 2 more page links at the bottom) - unless someone can recommend a cheaper place that delivers as quickly.

What size fuses you got protecting the cables. Assuming the fuses are the correct size, I can tell you the min size cable you require.
