What are the rules re using my boat

Sorry if already discussed. I did a quick search and could not find anything. Not been out on my boat since the latest lock down. Thinking of a last trip out tomorrow before my winter package at the dry stack kicks in on Dec 1st.
What are the rules please. Are we allowed out? And if so are the local harbour authorities supportive. Talking here about southampton area and Solent.

You probably won't be able to book berths in marinas as a visitor, but otherwise why shouldn't you? Just been to London, Borough Market is RAMMED. I go there regularly but the farcical restricted entry means that everyone is crammed i
together in a way that isn't normal.
Sailing would have been much more fun.

Not planning to stay overnight. Just a spin out, perhaps lunch in anchor and top up the fuel tank before heading home.

Went out this morning from Haslar to premier fuel pontoon filled up tank to the max. Then out into the Solent to give engine a good run, only saw few other boats all sailing, was windy but not to lumpy. Mine comes out next week for winter lift and maintenance. Enjoy tomorrow weather looks good for it.
