What are people paying for permanent moorings? (Henley)

I've been looking for a mooring in the Henley area. I've finally found somewhere with a space and have been quoted £3360 a year. Based on the fact this is the only quote I have been able to get, does this seem expensive, about right or cheap for the area? Boat is 32ft.

Is it for a full annual berth - or six months summer mooring? Is it mainstream and subject to flooding? If you have to take her to a marina and haul out each winter it can work out expensive.

I would say that is just about right assuming there's both water and electricity available.

I'd say that is towards the Top end, there are moorings at Harleyford (see here) for a 10m boat for less than £3K, £2.5-3K is more like it but finding a free one is another matter.
