Just back from a week exploring the Orwell and what a great week it was.
Bonus was nothing broke or fell off (apart from the birds nest) what more could we ask for sun wind and empty waters to play in.
Enjoyed Ipswich Haven but the whole town seems to have gone all yuppie fied counted 10 churchs but could only find three pubs ( something badly wrong there)
Paid our first visit to the butt & Oyster great pub, great food, good but expensive beer, and really thick smelly mud to drag the dingy through to get back aboard but worth it.
Excellent sail home today Last of the ebb to reach Languard at LW and down vomit ally with NE 4/5 and tied running made for a very speedy return all in bright sunshine.
Reports of rain all around but seen not a drop the lord looks after the the good /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
