In terms of putting my money where my mouth is it's Princess all the way but hats off to Riva for this promotional video which got sent through today. Yes it's cheesy in places, yes it promotes racing on the public roads which is dangerous but ultimately the winner didn't need to speed in a car so possibly there's a hidden message....

Henry :)

They have gone up a few steps recently with promo vids and events .
Luca Montemozola ex Ferrari is a small share holder and board member of Ferretti , so there’s the synergy .
I did not read the car danger stuff , its a biopic of Roger Moore and Tony Curtis s opening in the Persuaders .
Nor beaded white middle age ( none BBC std inclusivity ) or the woollen suits harming animals , the animal rights activists slant on it , or the excess fuel used , in terms of heating bills etc etc .

How ever it’s not all home brew cars

For road manners or promo bad manners if I understood you critique then what about this ?
I think all three vids are great I only see the intended bits , classic Ferrari , new and Riva , the toys if you like not anything else .Porsches in my post bellow as well .

Btw I have re entered the pork camp with a Macan S + Boxster , still have a 70 carb Ferrari btw .

Perhaps the mods can merge threads as posted mine before seeing Henry’s?

Nice little promo. Apparently Beckham is so dense, light has to travel around him.

I'm afraid I found it a bit of a cringe. 42,000 views in 2 months suggest it hasn't gone down a storm either.

Must have cost a fortune! Probably felt like a good idea at the time...

yep, naff in the extreme IMO - but I accept I am not target audience for any of the brands featured in the ad.

They have evolved .Try this …..should please ex RN chaps ? It’s waaay back in 2011 .
Idea is to identify i think with the target buyers demographics. The vid ( Persuaders ) does it well imho .

Me neither, but I find it hard to believe that the sort of hard headed successful multi million £ business owner who does make up the likely target audience is going to be swayed by such things. (Or indeed, even watch it!)
