If you are happy going off shore with a boat with such a major build issue, and the one described is, then its your choice. Its not that there aren't any others to chose from.
Depends if you can confirm that the design error has been fixed ... probably better if it hasn't been and then you can get it fixed yourself... then you'll know that it is done properly ...
